For more than a decade, I have helped people understand their emotional patterns, heal old wounds, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My work is rooted in Schema Therapy, attachment science, and compassion. As both a therapist and a mother, I am especially passionate about helping create emotionally safe environments where children and adults can grow, connect, and thrive.
